When the Bible Begins to Come Alive

People don’t understand the reality of God and the interaction that THEY can and are willing to have with us. Because of our unbelief, despite whether we are in Church or identify as a Christian or not, God has become nothing more than a thought or a concept. Of course we say that we believe because we are taught to do so, but there is far more to God than just what we claim. If you find yourself fearful, worried, stressed or concerned, and you haven’t asked God to fix it, then it is very likely that you don’t actually have a burgeoning relationship with God. 

If you are worried about what you are going to eat, where you are going to sleep and what you are going to wear, then there is a problem. If you are telling yourself that you aren’t worried about those things and in actuality, in the deep recesses of your mind, you are worried, then there is a problem. If you feel like you are holding your breath, hoping that God will give you what you have asked for, then there is a problem. If you aren’t sure if God will provide… anything, or if you are not sure that God hears you or will respond or anything of the like, there is a problem. If you doubt God and instead try to make up rules and excuses to why something that you hoped and prayed for didn’t happen, there is a huge problem. If you are wondering why God’s promises in the Bible aren’t happening for you, THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM.

If you have allowed God to make you secure enough to admit the truth to yourself, see a problem and tell THEM as such then you are well on your way to addressing those problems. But if you are faking it until you make it, first off, you never will and second off, it doesn’t work like that. If you read in the Bible that you should have no fear, and you know that you do, it is not because you are evil, it is likely because you don’t have that relationship that Jesus had with the Father/Mother and therefore you have never learned to actually believe. If you allow the Holy Spirit to cause you to recognize and admit that there is a problem, then God will heal you and cause you to live things that you only read about in the Bible. I am a living testimony.

I have come a long way from where I was, all because God did it ALL. I still have fears because God has not yet addressed them, but they will be addressed in time. I have that assurance that God will deal with everything in it’s time, do you? God taught me this assurance, I did not learn it of myself and I did not learn it at the hands of any human. I was dragged to the gates of hell kicking and screaming only to be lifted up and set upon a higher plane. I have lived Psalms 23:4 and I now understand how protected I am with the teaching of the Most High. This is not a concept and this is not a subject to be debated. Everything that God promised in the Bible can be applied to you if you desire it, but God first needs to make THEMSELF the foundation of your heart. That, too, is the work of none other but Jehovah.

God will show you things before you have need of them. And when the need arises the Spirit will remind you. I live it. The Lord will ease your mind when it comes to trying to make a decision. You will ask for wisdom, make the best decision you can and it will always work out. Herein will you understand the promise in Romans 8:28: all things work together for good to them that love the Lord, to them that are the called according to His purpose. I live it. I have not healed anyone and I haven’t walked on water. Perhaps that is for later. But what is for now is the peace that God has given me even though I see others crying and struggling, stressing and complaining. Don’t get me wrong, I was there not even more than a month ago, but God has been working with me all these years and especially these past nine months. God exists and knows what THEY are doing. If you desire this peace just ask God for it and see what THEY do.
